About the host
The Co-Op, was originally envisioned as a new home for Spardata. Its principals searched the city for a property they could invest in to accelerate their business growth. They identified Mount Vernon as a target area, found the right building and took on a massive renovation.
The Gameplan
Spardata connected with Kinglet to plan their market delivery of a 17,000 square foot mansion.

Deliver an exceptional working environment for small professional companies.
Action
In partnership with Kinglet, developed a marketing plan including robust imagery, video production, direct email and event coordination to drive outreach and sales leads.

Reached 95% occupancy within 3 months.
