About This Location
2 Desks in a new professional office building right off of I-95. Great location outside of downtown - less than 10 minutes to the Inner Harbor. Free parking (parking lot), Shared conference room, kitchen access, gym and Wifi included. On-site internet access is Comcast Business Class with 175Mbps Down/50Mbps up (speedtest: http://www.speedtest.net/result/5893577930.png ). We also have Level3 50Mbps fiber on site for a few smaller servers. Each tenant will be provided one of the following in their rent: free website hosting for their business (within reason RE: resources), free virtual private server for their business (within reason RE: resources). Feel free to ask for examples and/or specs - we own and operate a hosting company in addition to our marketing agency.
